C.V. Raman Academy of Science, a well known name of Assam in the field of education, is a co-educational institution which was established in 2018. It is situated at Bapujinagar, in the heart of the city Goalpara. C.V. Raman Academy of Science is a Junior College of Science stream .The Academy with sincere and devoted faculty has achieved a unique position in the educational scenario of Assam. The Academy not only concentrates on the higher secondary syllabus but also prepares the students for various all India entrance examinations for the graduate professional courses as mentioned below: SCIENCE: JEE (Mains & Advanced), NEET, ASSAM CEE. The Academy provides Cyber Library, Smart Classes, along with a well stock library with more than 4,000 books and subscribes to a number of journals and newspapers.
- To enable the students to understand the basic concept of core subjects.
- To equip and guide the students to apply the basic concept acquired from knowledge . through intensive and extensive coaching in each subject by permanent and qualified faculties and thereby enabling the student to prepare for the all India level competitive examinations such as IIT, AIEEE, CBSE-PMT, CEE (JAT-MET)etc. with a different approach under present educational scenario.
- To enable the students to acquire the skill of problem analysis in an examination environment and to ensure their optimum all round performance.
- Regular interaction with guardians by the management for monitoring the student and faculty relationship in the best interest of the student.
- The committed and qualified faculty working on a permanent basis will conduct periodical tests to help the students to be mentally alert and emotionally balanced to face the toughest of all entrance examinations with confidence in future.
- To provide moral education with a view of preparing the students to face real life situations.
- A sense of pride and discipline is to be maintained at all levels by the students inside and outside the College Campus.
- If any property /equipment in the Campus is damaged, the loss caused to the Institution shall be recovered from the concerned individuals.
- Students are barred from bringing mobile phones in the College. Mobile phones found in possession of a student will be confiscated.
- Identity Card will be issued to every student and this must be displayed in person while in the College Campus.
- Wearing of College Uniform is a must for each and every student of the College.
- Students not properly dressed in Uniform will be denied entry in the College campus.
- Regular Attendance is must for each and every student.
- Parents /Guardians are earnestly requested to extend their active cooperation to the College Authority.
